When your best kitesurfing mates call you and ask if you want to go to Mexico, skip school and Canadian winter, what are you going to say?
This past week I had the pleasure of zipping down to Zihuatanejo, Mexico to join Andres and Kasia for their wedding. I'd met them a few months earlier kitesurfing in southern Baja (they're both super good) and they surprised me when I got home by inviting me back to Mexico! The beauty of the sunset beaches in the old fishing town, coupled with their unending generosity and two incredible families, Mexican, Polish and Canadian alike, made for a rather dreamy few days. Congratulations Andres and Kasia, I hope the breeze always blows on your travels and you continue to redefine happiness and what it means to you. Much love.
